A reduced fee applies to members of IEEE if a valid personal membership number is provided in the registration form.
Students must provide documentation of their student status (student card, letter from the department head, etc.) via the registration form, or via email to
pedro.adao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt. The discount (for members and students) will be verified after the registration.
If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until the full required payment has been received.
Conference fees include:
- CSF 2016 participant kit (including USB proceedings)
- 2 coffee breaks per day Tue June 28- Fri July 2
- Welcome reception (Tue June 28)
- Banquet (Thu June 30)
One ticket for the banquet is already included in the registration. Extra tickets for the banquet cost 65 EURO.
Registration fees (in EURO) for affiliated workshops on June 27: FCS and GraMSec
Attendees should register for the workshop(s) they wish to attend (but will have access to the sessions of all workshops).

Accommodation
See Accommodation Section for details about nearby hotels.We were able to secure a limited number of rooms in nearby hotels, with varying degrees of service and comfort. You may optionally book these in the 2nd page of the online registration form. These rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellation policies
All cancellations before June 13, 2015, will be subject to a 60 EURO cancellation fee + all additional bank costs.
No refunds will be made after this date.
The name on the registration may be changed without penalty.
All refund requests must be made via email to pedro.adao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
