Student Travel Scholarships

Thanks to the generosity and sponsorship of the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Security and Privacy, we have a limited number of scholarships to award to students to assist with travel and accommodation costs. The amount of each scholarship is not yet determined.

To apply for a scholarship, students should send the following to pedro.adao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt:

• Name and affiliation of student.
• Name and affiliation of advisor/supervisor.
• Brief description of the travel budget (e.g., approximate air fare, and accommodation).
• Brief letter of support from advisor/supervisor (one paragraph is fine; can be sent directly to pedro.adao@tecnico.ulisboa.pt).

The deadline for applications is Monday, May 23, 11:59pm (UTC+1).

Applicants will be informed whether they received a scholarship, and the amount, by Friday May 27.

Awardees will have to register and pay upfront for all expenses, and then send scanned copies of all their receipts by email. They will then receive the scholarship directly from IEEE after the symposium.
